９月２６日（日）ディファ有明でケージフォースの大会がありました。自分はＺＳＴのセコンドに行っていたため見れませんでしたが、千葉の２人が完勝してきたようです。復活の咲田とケージフォースは反則以外負けなしの宮崎、良い感じです。

パラエストラ千葉はリングもあり１番広い道場、良い選手も育ってきて良い人材も沢山います、これからの指導が大事！
ということで毎週月曜日をグラップリングクラスにして自分が行くことになりました。
月曜日は祝日も多いですが、皆さん奮ってご参加ください。
